Best dairy queen around one of the last that is family owned, training to some of the staff recommended but overall not a bad experience just room for improvement.

I drove a bus with over 40 elementary aged kids to this Dairy Queen. The staff were amazing! The food was delicious! The store was clean and neat. We had a great visit. Thanks for being so hospitable!

Best Dairy Queen chili dog ever! Food was hot and super fresh. Service was excellent, friendly and fast. I love DQ chili dogs, but this one was outstanding! Will definitely stop here again😁

The DQ in Hazlehurst is one of the friendliest restaurants in town! Service with a smile, great eats and the owner/manager always makes sure you know that you are a valued customer.
Owner joe is a great guy and staff is always friendly. Was one of the best DQs you'd find in south ga for years. Starting around 2023 though, it has gotten slowwwwwww. Not sure what the issue is, but maybe they'll figure it out

This dairy queen is ran way better than any other dairy queen I've ever been to. The employees are very friendly and their customer service is on point. I'd definitely recommend eating here.

Saturday afternoon to stop for an early dinner.
Service was great. Everyone was really nice. They brought our food to our table. Very clean. Clean bathrooms as well.
The cashier and most of the staff were very friendly. The girl in charge at the time we were there Friday afternoon was very rude to me and other guests. I had a reward coupon that didn't ring up correctly, and the cashier asked the girl in charge to help. At first she rudely told me if you already paid there's nothing I can do. Finally, she credited me the difference. It's unfortunate that they have someone up front that gets so visibly frazzled and rude. Calling numbers and when the person wasn't there throwing the boxes back on the counter in a huff.
Everyone was happy and friendly in this Dairy Queen! Delicious burgers prepared super quickly, and they correctly left off the toppings we requested that they leave off. A-plus!
