Worst Krystal’s stop ever. We sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes, never even got to order. The mic was stuck on the whole time, and the poor employee sounded completely lost—couldn’t take an order, couldn’t take payment, nothing. Total chaos, total waste of time.

We were traveling through I just said I wanted some crystals and lo and behold of crystals popped up out of nowhere LOL we went through the drive-thru and even though they kind of messed up our order the person at the drive-thru was so sweet and she took her time corrected it didn't give us any type of attitude and gave us an extra fry and the food was good I actually asked for light on the chili cheese on my chili cheese tots but I got regular amount other than that it was really good

Cashier's are very rude specially to non English speaking people. It doesn't master how loud you scream they are not deft!! they just don't understand you. La cajera es muy grosera si no entiendes ingles

This restaurant is posted to open at 5am and the doors are locked and the drive thru is closed I have yet to come here to get breakfast at 5am or even 5:30 they need new management here that can open at the posted time I stop here at least 4tomes a week and always end up going to Hardee’s just to get breakfast and to have to get something I don’t even want from Hardee’s because this Krystal’s can’t get enough help to serve the people when they say they open at 5am guess I’ll take my business rise where the management here is terrible

The food is good here but they need more help in the morning I go to work early and their suppose to be open at 5am but I’m yet to get in and get breakfast by 6am the doors are locked and hardly any help to open this place the app says their open at5am but they are not get this store some help Hazelhurst Ga it’s a busy place here please get someone that’ll work and open on time

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The last few times we have tried to get food from here, they have been out of every item we wanted. And let’s not forget to mention the girls attitude about it. If you can’t interact with customers without having an attitude, please go home!! But in my opinion, they need to close the doors. Or maybe get someone in there that knows how to run things.

This is the second time I’ve placed an order and the restaurant is closed!! I never got a refund the first time but I’m making sure to get it this time. Ridiculous that a restaurant can take orders when they aren’t even opened. Clearly they need new management or be shut down all together.
