Worst service I've ever seen at any Krystal restaurant. There was no customers in the store two ladies working and they had zero customer service skills and definitely wasn't in a hurry to help anyone. I've been to a lot of Krystal stores and this was absolutely horrible

We were driving through, stopped here, on way home.. burgers were good, but, they told us they were out of onions, until the following Tuesday. All in all, everything was good, but we missed the onion, on the sliders! We will stop again , someday!

Super long wait time. They asked if I want cheese - I say no. All of them had cheese. I asked for a water, and somehow they messed that up and gave me a strawberry drink. The patties didnt even look edible, so i'm guessing they were old. The fries were at least correct, but pretty bland. I can see why Krystals are near extinct.

Lack of staff. There were only two people working when we stopped in for a quick bite. The food took about 20 minutes to come out so there was no quick to it. There was only about five customers in the store. There are too many other options in town, so we will not be back.

Rude, cold food, bad attitudes and basically punish you for being a paying customer!!!! Only buy chili cheese fries and presented my food with gloves on and chilli sauce all over them GROSS

Food is good but don’t expect to leave the drive through in under 20 minutes even if you’re the only car. Happens every time. I’ve waited 35 and no one was in front of me at the order board and only one car at the window.
Awful. Took forever for them to even take our order, then took even longer to get the food. It was only 12 Krystal’s and 2 medium fries. 6 were supposed to be plain with cheese, the other regular. We were very specific when ordering. Got them, and all were regular. Tried to go back through the drive thru and sat there for between 5-10 minutes for them to even talk to us through the speaker, and then the lady made it sound like it was our fault when ordering, and the lady said that she was trying to make it a sackful for us since we were ordering 12 but forgot to make half of them plain. Continued to sit there for even longer to get the corrected Krystal’s. I’m not sure how this place stays in business. We spent at least 40 minutes between waiting the first time and the second time.

Worst Krystal’s stop ever. We sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes, never even got to order. The mic was stuck on the whole time, and the poor employee sounded completely lost—couldn’t take an order, couldn’t take payment, nothing. Total chaos, total waste of time.
