My wife and I just returned from celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, at the Valhalla Resort Hotel. We absolutely LOVED it! The minute we drove up to the hotel’s front door, we were greeted by Steve, a tremendous valet! He genuinely treated us like we were the most important people in the hotel, right from the get go! Then, as we walked into the hotel, Judy welcomed us in with a smile, and explained to us what Valhalla had to offer. I felt like we were visiting with friends!...
Excellent appetizer was very good. We had the shrimp with crab meat for the main entrée. I found my steak to be very tough slightly overcooked. Dessert was excellent which gave me the reason for giving it a four because I had a great appetizer and an excellent dessert. The building seems to be a little bit ran down. Did not like the idea of parking behind the place and having to come in through a back door in order to get in. Because we didn't want to do valet, that needs...
When we got there, there was a storm so the place was a bit more empty than usual. However, the entire crew was super great and the chef even came out to meet and greet. Food was very good and the view amazing. Alexandria was our server and she was absolutely fantastic! I strongly suggest dining here even if you are not a guest. Pricey, but wonderful.
