OH MY GOSH! This is the best ice cream I've ever had! Be sure to try Coffee Toffee...it is da bomb!! And very cool that they use local coffee to make the ice cream. If I were going to be in town longer, I would try Lava Flow because it sounds delicious. If you want to try something different, they also have liquor infused ice cream. You definitely must stop in and grab a scoop or two if you are in Helen!
The four of us had the ice cream that contained alcohol and it was delicious. The flavors were wonderful and the ice cream was the creamiest. They have non alcoholic ice cream as well. So happy we tried it. It's a small space with very little indoor and outdoor setting.

If you are looking for great quality, homemade ice cream, this is it!! We have been coming to Helen for over 3 years now and i cant believe i didnt find this location sooner. I can't stand the other ice cream options in town that come in the premade tubs, yuck! At Das Ice Cream, there are so many unique flavors to choose from, but they are rotated seasonally and with availability so keep that in mind when visiting.
