Fast Food, Funnel Cakes & Fries

My favorite place to go to for fair like foods whenever I visit the area. The place is tiny with no tables to sit inside, but there are plenty of places to sit outside or get a to go box to walk around with and take in the sights. The staff is always attentive and friendly.

Everything we ordered took a really long time and then still came out cold. Service was bad. DO NOT eat here. There are so many other options that are so much better.

My pretzel was cold and I told the worker with tattoos called me inappropriate names in front of women and threatened to assault me

DO NOT COME HERE. We came here and had to wait 30 minutes to get 1 funnel!! Plus, the owner Kathy was so short and rude with us! I will be telling as many people as I can to never step foot in this establishment.

Tiny, cramped, overcrowded area... We had little space once inside to stand to order and wait for the food. My son got the fries with cheese and gravy. He absolutely loved them, though the serving size was tiny for $9. Only about 6-7 bites. The man working was polite and completed our order pretty quickly.

Food not cooked right, had to ask for condiments, for paying almost 50bucks that can do way better...burnt soggy fries. Anywhere would be better.

Food was absolutely disgusting. Nothing was cooked correctly. Waited 20 minutes for cold food. The kid making the food had a bad attitude and was cussing in front of women. Not to mention he went to his face numerous times while making people's food. Scratching his nose and touching his mouth then touching the customer's food. The health department might get a call the conditions looked horrible in the kitchen.

Great spot ? cheap prices, great food and excellent staff. Great job guys will definitely be back !

Do not eat here. Food was absolutely terrible. You would be better off eating the receipt you get seeing the Pretzel had zero flavor. Don’t even get me started on the Chicharrones granted it’s a German town and not Tijuana. Only flavor came from the teijin they put on top them. You bite into them thinking it will be soft and fluffy but instead feels like you bit into styrofoam. The fried Pb&J was good but heck not even carnie can mess up something deep fried.

The owner is a brat! Just read her responses to people... she literally called someone pitiful. Not good customer service and the food tastes cheap. It was..... pitiful.

This was good ice cream but like everything in Helen, it is way over-priced! They figure what it is worth and then double it for the tourist trade. We don't really like Helen because it is so over priced, not worth what they charge for anything here! Especially places to stay at and all of the food places, TOO HIGH and NOT WORTH IT!

Pretzel was half hot and half cold. Cheese was kind of plain. They were out of 2 things I ordered. Burger was good. Decent place but many better options around for the price point.
