The owner is very nice and the girls who work there are amazing. Lots of options not just ice cream, coffee, hot chocolate, seasonal items, etc. Fun little place to visit.

I visited this place for the first time because of the reviews. I was very excited to try it with my husband and mother-in-law when we were visiting Helen for the first time. When we finally arrived at their shop, it was around 6 pm and the door was locked when Google said it was supposed to be open until 9 and they had a sign there saying close at 9. The lady inside saw us, opened the door looked at us like she was bothered that we the customers wanted to buy ice cream, and said she was going to close the store for 15 minutes because she needed to pick up her son. We had walked a long way to get there, so we decided to sit outside and wait, trusting her word. But we waited until about 7, and more customers kept coming and asking what was going on because it was supposed to be open, but she never came back. She lost a lot of sales, and we decided to go somewhere else, as did everyone else. It was very disappointing experience.

Hidden off the main strip, this little spot is a must not miss in Helen, GA. Their baked goods are so delicious!! My son enjoyed watching them make his rolled ice cream which he loved. The iced latte was perfect. We will be back!

This place is amazing. Even with only one girl working she held her own. She was calm, patient and deserves a raise. I had the banana pudding roll and let me tell you it was the best thing I have ever eaten. We will definitely visit again.
