We came in from out-of-state and this place was a must-go for us. We were really excited to try it out based on the reviews. We get there at 3 PM (eastern). Someone was inside, but the door was locked. I called and it went to voicemail (which said they are open every day until 9 PM). Called again, no answer. Checked Facebook, no post saying they would be closed. Drove by one final time, person was still inside, called again…no answer. It was disappointing, to say the least.

We came on December 31 , and it was closed. We came January 1st and there was a sign on the door said reopen at 4-10. So we left and came back at 5:45, there was a new sign on the door that said reopen at 5:30- 10. A female came to the door and said come back at 6. We came back at 6:10, two females were on the inside, the door was locked, we knocked , they looked at us and kept talking to one another. I continued to knock, they laughed, and then went to the back. I understand the short staff, but you can atleast acknowledge your customers that are coming to give you business. We were a family of 8, and there was also another family trying to come in. Customers are what pay to keep small business open, your customer service was unacceptable.

You advertise that you are open when you aren’t. My family and I took 2 trips to your shop on different days only to find you were closed. We even called and you said you were open every day until 10 pm! Not going back

called ahead to make sure they were open before driving there, lady answered and said the stores would be open until 10 pm, we arrived by 1:30 to a sign on the door that the business would be closed until 2:30, decided to wait it out after making the drive specifically for the rolled ice cream, drive back to the store at 2:35 and the worker came back and removed the sign with a new one stating they were closed for the remainder of the day.

I got the Banana Butter and my mom got the Nutter Butter. Both were awesome! We each got smalls and it was more than enough for a sweet treat after lunch. Around $12 total which seems very reasonable.

We are locals. Went into town late thinking Oktoberfest was keeping things hopping. It was dead. So we decided to grab some ice cream and ended up here for the rolled ice cream. It is great! Reasonable pricing, wonderful options. Enjoyed sitting down and talking with the owner. A wonderful experience. I had the Key Lime Pie ice cream. My wife had the coffee and Caramel ice cream. The coffee was good as well.
Dietary restrictions: They had an entire menu for dietary restrictions. Including sugar free and dairy free ice cream, and gluten free options for the toppings.

I love it here, from gourmet coffee to rolled ice cream, you walk in for one thing and you end up with something you didn’t realize you wanted even more. Excellent staff and atmosphere. You really can’t ask for anything better than that. 10/10 recommend to locals and visitors.

Thought getting rolled ice cream would be a nice treat, we got there and no lights on at all, the time was 10:53am and we googled their business hours because they dont have them posted anywhere we could find, and googled said they are open at 9am. Oh well moving on

We came in about 20 minutes from closing, and we were treated as if we were the 1st customers of the day. The ice cream was delicious, the rolled ice cream was so cool, service was unbeatable!
