Really want to applaud Jennifer for being so good with the questions we had about the pretzels. She went above and beyond to explain where they come from ect. We had a group of people with us and behind us and she didn’t rush us or anything and was very patient.

My family was about to do business with this establishment until we saw a worker scoop out icecream and eat it with a spoon. The place was also extremely dirty. Not to mention the really disgusting grandma as a display.

The funnel cake was great I loved it. The service and atmosphere were good.

Yum funnel cakes and the staff were working really hard to keep up with the endless queue. The service was quick in-spite the long queues. Kudos to the staff! The funnel cakes were gone in seconds as soon as we got them! Kids and adults enjoyed them alike!

The funnel cake and pretzel bites were amazing. The lady working was very sweet even though there was a long line and she was the only one working. The food was very much worth it.

Quick service on a very busy Saturday. Delicious pretzels!

You’ve got to try the pretzel with beer cheese — it’s absolutely AMAZING! They also offer free fountain drink refills all the way until closing, which is a huge bonus. The space is accessible, making it easy to get around with a stroller or wheelchair. Highly recommend stopping in!

This little hole in the wall place has fresh made to order funnel cakes! The staff doesn’t seem to happy to see you, but the funnel cakes come out piping hot and worth every calorie you ingest, powdered sugar and all!

Disgusting, sticky floors freezer cases were left open . Beer cheese was curdling. Do not recommend at all. Rude associates.

I stopped in here while taking in the sights in Helen and got the pretzel bites. They were delicious! Next time in town, I'll try the funnel cakes.

I got some pretzel bites and they were ok. A bit overpriced and they charge extra for the sauce. It looks run down on the inside, but there's outside seating. They also serve funnel cakes and Hershey ice cream.

We stopped in to get out of the pop up rain shower. Service was super quick and the food was great! We got a fresh squeezed lemonade, funnel cake, and 2 different kinds of ice-cream. That funnel cake was literally the best I have ever had! It was hot inside the store, so we opted to eat outside on the little covered patio.
