Came in Monday Sept 22, 2025 at 1pm. This is the second time we’ve eaten here in the past 8 years and it’s always a let down.
I’m this instance I came in with a friend and we ordered food to go since we had our dog with us. We sat outside and my friend went in to order for us. She ordered the “two egg” breakfast and I had the hash brown bowl with sausage and biscuit.
The server who helped us was very kind and friendly and professional and even brought our food outside to us and my friend tipped her very well for being so nice.
Problem is we got back to the condo and her “two egg breakfast” had NO EGGS, and my hash brown bowl had NO HASHBROWNS!
Unsatisfactory indeed.
For you all coming to Helen, take the drive to the Huddle House down the road in Cleveland, much better location and worth the drive.

I ate here 2 nights in a row and got the same sandwich it was great both nights busy tasted better the second night! Thank you to Lisa and I forgot the cooks name but I know Lisa was the server! She did great! Will definitely be back and highly recommend the big house BLT!!!

First time at a Huddle House and these folks were so genuine, even the locals were so sweet. We got to meet a regular there named Mary and she was so helpful offering us tips for wedding ideas. The cook did a wonderful job and our ladies serving us were as kind as you’d expect. I felt so at home even though I was far away from mine.

Their manager apparently is lacking any business sense whatsoever. I called while driving to place an order, on a very slow Tuesday morning, and I was told they will not take orders over the phone. I don’t care what their reason is at this point - if you don’t have the intelligence to figure out a way to take orders over the phone? You have less than zero business managing a place. I stopped on the road specially to give this review. I will never eat at this place. And I’m in Helen multiple mornings every week.

Wife and I rolled in late and glad we did. Service was fast and food was absolutely fantastic. Heading back this morning. Fantastic BLT (ton of bacon) hash brownshuge pancakes. Good folks behind the counter.

Wow this place was the best !!! The food was AMAZING ! The cook Chris did so good with all the food ! The server Haleigh was very professional , even with her not been here long. She made sure we was good the whole time. Thank You for a wonderful experience while enjoying such great food. We will be back !!!
