Poor selection. They were out of 2/3 of beers on their menu during Thanksgiving week. How does that even happen?? Even worse, staff was rude and guy with food orders was shouting into a megaphone into customers' ears. Mediocre live music. Quite disappointed from experience we were hoping for

We decided to go for a late lunch on a Tuesday. The place was averagely crowded but most of the tables were empty. We arrived at 2 ordered by 2:15 and FINALLY got our food around 3:30. To say we were unimpressed with the wait was an understatement. When we did get our food it was fairly good but not for over an hour long wait.

Loved the live music. The had 1 beer on tap, the konig ludwig weissbier (one of my favorite beers). I didn't like that the place closed at 8am Tuesday night when google said 12am.

We had a wonderful experience at King Ludwig Restaurant in Helen, GA! We tried the sausages and their huge pretzel—both were delicious and really hit the spot. But what made our visit truly special was how accommodating they were with our dog, which we really appreciated. It’s always a bonus to find a place with great food and a pet-friendly atmosphere!

Beer was alright. Food was not good. But our server Rose made it worth our time. She made us feel welcomed even with a big party. She was quick and helpful! Wouldn’t go back for anything but to have Rose as our waitress! She was outstanding. She never got the orders wrong and was had a good attitude the whole time.
