Walked in and got attitude from staff on busy Sunday night. Servers were mad. Food dropped off with having to get own silverware.
No appetizer plates given. Entree with sides cold. Could have gone to drive through rather than pay $45.00 for 1 person dinner. The food was horrible. I recommend never eating here. Not impressed AT ALL. The whole vibe of the place was off.

The food was great and the portions were generous, the best of all was the service rendered by Carolyn . She made sure everything was ok and went out of her way to have a gentleman sing happy B-day to our granddaughter. We had a good time thanks to Carolyn, wish all service attendants were like her, will be visiting soon!

I visited here for the first time recently. I was with a small group, none of whom had been before. We thought the wait to get in would be longer, considering the length of the line, but we were seated quickly. Our server, Mark, was so friendly and welcoming. We ordered appetizers - potato pancakes and a pretzel. Everyone else at the table enjoyed them, but I did not. The pretzel was a little too salty for me, and the pancakes were a little too greasy. The appetizers and side salads (which are very generously sized) came in a normal amount of time, but the wait time for our entrees was excessive. After waiting for a long time, we were told we'd have to wait for at least 15 more minutes. I did not enjoy my food at all. I ordered Hühnerbrust which was not flavorful at all to me. Others ordered a Schnitzel sandwich, a reuben, and different sausages. The Schnitzel was also not flavorful. One person ordered hot apple cider and gave it five stars. It was really delicious. Overall, this is not a restaurant for me and I won't be returning.

Never again unless you're a fan of hidden fees and rude service. As shown in the photo(farthest right), our total came out to be $52.32. We were also presented with second check (middle) showing $53.32, asking us to pay tip even before our card was charged. The waitress came back with the final receipt (left) showing another upcharge of $55.79. When we realized and asked why there were two upcharges, only then did the waitress acknowledge her error in adding an extra $1 to our total with no apology. The reason for the second upcharge to $55.79 was apparently due to their 3.99% credit card processing fee which was never disclosed to us prior to the sale. What's more is they calculated this fee based on the incorrect total+tip amount. The waitress said she can only refund us the $1 she incorrectly charged and when she did she tossed it onto our table..Never again

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. Yes, there was a long wait, but that's to be expected on the weekend and during Octoberfest. We sat on the balcony and we recommend it if you want to hear the music while you enjoy your meal.
