Do yourself a favor; SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! The wait staff is extremely rude. God forbid they are about to get off work and you get seated in their section…. They’ll just make rude and snarky comments about needing you to hurry up so they can go home. The food is mediocre at best and the 4% credit card fee is just icing on the cake!

Great food and wonderful service!! The restaurant is upstairs. They have a handicap ramp on the back. It is used as the exit, but you can ask to use it to enter.

Food was average but the atmosphere was not great. The server looked exasperated and angry and bothered that she had customers at tables. The rest of the staff looked confused and lost. Odd experience.

Food is authentic, the downstairs bar is one of Helens best kept secrets. Brandon the bar tender is great and very welcoming. Great little spot to get out of the heat and enjoy a beer!

From the outside it looks like a German restaurant and beer hall. When you step inside that all changes. A pretty sterile atmosphere, nothing says German inside but some dishes and beers on the menu. The different dining areas are box like and outdated.The prices weren't terrible, the food and drinks were good, but not great. The service was good, 4% surcharge if you use a card.

Walked in and got attitude from staff on busy Sunday night. Servers were mad. Food dropped off with having to get own silverware.
No appetizer plates given. Entree with sides cold. Could have gone to drive through rather than pay $45.00 for 1 person dinner. The food was horrible. I recommend never eating here. Not impressed AT ALL. The whole vibe of the place was off.

The food was great and the portions were generous, the best of all was the service rendered by Carolyn . She made sure everything was ok and went out of her way to have a gentleman sing happy B-day to our granddaughter. We had a good time thanks to Carolyn, wish all service attendants were like her, will be visiting soon!
