When we arrived they were very busy and shorthanded. But we stuck around and were glad we did. Once seated our server was very attentive and the food was served hot and delicious. I would recommend the Rueban. and the fish and chips. The house salad was good, too. Despite the name,the menu offered lots of variety, not just pizza. And parking was easy, too.

I'm shocked this place is in business. Can I give minus 5 stars? Horrible treatment. Cardboard pizza. Orders were put in wrong all around us and charged wrong. The owner does not care, argues with you. She's beyond a jerk. Lost 2 hours of my life here. Do not go here

Came into a busy restaurant which we thought was a good sign, but when the owner Hailey took our order she told us she didnt care and that they probably shouldn't be open. After an hour wait with others getting their food, we asked, to which she replied she never took our order. Then tried to tell us we didn't order what we did. For 4 beers and a pepsi i didnt recieve and 3 pizzas, she tried to charge us $171.00?!?! Worst customer service ever, anywhere, in the world! I would never go back.

Came in at 4:40 PM on Thanksgiving. Ordered within 10-15 minutes for 3 pizzas and 4 beers. Watched several groups come in, get their food, leave. 1.5 hours later, we checked in with our same waitress (supposed owner Hayley/Haleigh/however you spell it) and she proceeded to gaslight us on not only who we ordered with not being her and what we ordered...which if we didn't order with her, how could she claim for/against what was ordered. In the initial 1.5 hours, she never checked on us once for drinks or to let us know our order was coming She never apologized for the significant delay. Never offered to comp anything.
Pizzas came 30 minutes later - so now on 2 hours of waiting. Got them to go. Got the receipt (again - 4 beers total and 3 pizzas) - $171. She continued to gaslight us during the correction. Additionally, she charged our group of 5 18% gratuity. The menu states a group of 6 receives that.
Never visit here. The pizza is mid at best. And the service is absolutely horrendous from the owner. Shout out to the bartender who worked that evening and the other waitress - both of those girls hustled.

Definitely very bad service from one of the waitresses, they had us waiting for more than an hour for an available table and when we asked her, she just made dirty faces and had more than 5 tables available. If they don't want to work, they should say that it's already closed so we don't get there.

This restaurant may seem slightly dingy, however, the pizza is amazing. The waitress consistently gave us updates on our food, she did her absolute best to make sure our drinks were full. She also had no problem juggling our big party and the 3-5 other tables. The pizza was the perfect blend of greasy but not too greasy and the cheese was so good. The only negative id say is that the ranch costed a dollar for a small sauce cup. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The entire place was empty and the bar in the other side was full. When we walked in you are met with an overwhelming ashtray smell. So it smelt like musty smoke the whole time, but the food is good. Probably would not come back due to the smell.
