Came in for the "FRESH SQUEEZED Lemonade" as advertised, and clearly marked on a LARGE BANNER. I asked if it was real lemons before checking out and was told yes, and manager said l0iit was made fresh this morning. Then after I paid for my order of 4 lemonades, I was given bright yellow obvious mix- made artificial colored, artificial flavor "lemonade." The manager said sorry we ran out of lemons and left. I told the girls that's not what I ordered and I'd like a refund and they said sorry no refunds, will have to get the manager. But of course the manager heard the conversation when it started and walked out so when I contested that's false advertising, not a matter of "preference," she was gone. My family was waiting on me so I left. I could not drink it it was so disgusting. I will be contacting my bank.

Came in on a very busy weekend so the wait was a little long BUT service was great. Could tell the girls were struggling a bit but had a great attitude the entire time. Been here a couple times over this year and they always have new flavors to try unlike most places with the same thing all the time, even had Italian ice this week. The family and I love to stop here for a cold treat.

i was not a fan of this place. the girl at the register was rude and made me a disgusting drink. no southern hospitality at all.

The boba here was not good at all. It was just milk and store bought sweet tea. If you want boba, don’t go here.

The Boba was watered down, the Boba was hard and tasted old, the tea was just watered down milk full of "not real honey" and hardly any flavor.
I not go to "honey on the hill" for my Boba.

This place is now operating at “ The Sugar Shack”… we stopped in for Boba because my 4 year old loves it.Skip the boba! It nothing short of awful! I threw away my coffee milk tea because it tasted sour. The mango was sooo sweet it left a terrible after taste. The best part was the scoop of vanilla ice cream we ordered. The service was terribly slow. With all the options in Helen for ice cream I would recommend another location for sure.

Two scoops for $6.50?! Real talk, the size of the scoop is MAYBE an ounce, aka an inch in diameter. They’re clearly taking advantage of the tourist industry coming to Helen and charging an asinine amount of money for a tiny amount of ice cream.**EDIT** If folks needed further reasons not to provide their patronage to this establishment, their response to my review alone is reason enough to steer clear. My apologies for understating the size of the scoop. It was probably closer to an inch and a half. Regardless of the wildly unprofessional response to my review, the price per scoop is simply not worth it. And I highly recommend everyone visiting Helen to head over to Livi Lou's Sweets and Treats!!

Worst experience in Helen town. There was only few customers at the store, but it took hours for the employees to figure out the orders. There are plenty ice cream shops in Helen, no need to spend an hour and wait in the line here! DON’T COME TO THIS PLACE!!
Good bubble tea here! (I hear the milk tea here isn't good but I got boba smoothies both times and they were good! So maybe avoid the milk teas and go for smoothies) Came here twice this weekend and had a coconut smoothie and a taro smoothie, both were so good! Sometimes the boba is old but it still tasted fine. Great to have a good boba spot on Helen. Friendly employees both time we came.
Excellent service and Ice cream. The young lady was by herself, but was courteous and smiling. A real trooper. Highly recommended!??
