Online it has they close at 11.. staff was standing at the register and at 10 they said they are closed.. ya all need to fix the time not to fool the tourists

Really slow service. Took almost 45 min for 3 customers.
Went to the Helen subway tonight even though we live in Cleveland but the one in Cleveland has let us down on many occasions. So.today we choose the Helen location I have to say this is the best sub I have has in forever . The service was amazing ,store was clean very pleased .

I've always enjoyed this location. Well today I got food poison really bad. The store is always clean and I love the tribute to the military but......all Subways installed the stainless steel covers over the meat. You can't see the meat or what goes on behind the enclosure. I won't be back as it's hard to when I've been flat on my back and multiple trips to.....well you know.
