“I’m born and raised in Augusta Ga & have been going to this locations for years…. Me and my Special Needs son decided to visit this location and I decided to let him order by himself this particular day.. I passed the machine and pulled to the window because I felt as though an actual person had a better chance of understanding my baby than a robot….. I was greeted by this young lady with a smile on her face and the most polite attitude I may have came across in fast food. She asked how WE were doing and asked what we’d like to order. My baby told her the best he could as she helped him decide and TOOK HER TIME with him. My heart was racing so fast because I normally would have jumped in and finished out what he had to say. But this young lady was so patient with my baby it warmed my heart🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. After I paid for our meal she then told me to give her a moment and began making our food. Within no time at all she was back food in hand with the same glory filled smile!!!!! I asked her name and thanked her and I BELIEVE it was Destiny or Jesstine?? However i just wanted to thank the kindhearted young lady with the blonde hair at this location once again. THANK YOU FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE SWEETHEART. We enjoyed the meal very much ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️!“

“2026-05: Came here later one evening for some snacks and sweets. It was pretty busy and we had ordered via the Sonic app before arriving. Our order was correct, our carhop was pleasant and whoever made my peanut butter milkshake with extra peanut butter made it AWESOME.“

“Overall I do not have any major issues with my visit. I was a little surprised that around 6 am gravy wasn't ready for breakfast, but what are you going to do. Order something else or go elsewhere. I did have to wait otherwise and was asked to park. My assumption I hope is correct is that they were just short staffed rather than take your pick. Otherwise I waited a very short time. Probably no different if the line was actually full. Food and beverages were fine as well. I will continue to go here until if and when this persist.

“OK, maybe they’re not the most healthy place to stop but come on those little burgers are just awesome. We can’t resist stopping by, It’s almost like having a dessert. They’re always consistent, steamy hot and delicious. Oh their fries are great too.“

“I haven't been to this place in a long time. The Russian hit wings are the best spicy wings WITH flavor anywhere I've found in the CSRA. The food is decently proportioned and my kids love the lemon pepper wings as well. I highly recommend the garlic parm fries! 5 wings and fries and drink was $11.99.“

“Mrs Andy was our waitress and had her for several other times we’ve been there I enjoyed myself and she remembers us ever time when we go. I told her about a complaint I had with Uber Eats with the same thing I ordered today and she never fails to do an excellent job. If I were owner of this franchise I would please give her a raise! She’s awesome to us and everyone around us. I can’t forget the lady that always seats us she’s a credit to your firm. She also remembers us and that’s why we keep coming back.
