Usually be good but today the crew must have had a bad night, waitress forgot to give silverware, part of our drinks and waited over 45 minutes for my food. SMH, I will have to try another shift but it will not be that after 10:30am shift, need some more training with A Lil more speed. Sorry not sorry... you get a 0..
Look I’m from the south born and raised and I like to respect others especially my elders. I visited this location and the whole time ms.Debrah (I believe I spelled it correctly) and has been working for 25 years she was running her section perfectly. She was taking online orders calling them out she was taking take out orders and all of the other coworkers was being extremely rude the other waitress wasn’t doing her job and was joking around with the cooks and not taking...
We all love the WH and we know exactly what to expect. The food is fast and predictable. What I wasn’t ready was the automatic 20% added cost for prep and tip on carry out orders. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all about tipping and tipping well for excellent service but when a fast food business starts adding compulsory fees to bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, things have gotten out of hand. I guess McDonald will start adding drive through fees next.
