I was just at KFC in Hinesville Georgia. I ordered and was told it would be 3 minutes in fries. I pulled around to the front as I was asked because there were 3 cars pulled up ahead of me. I waited. 20 minutes later I walked in to get a refund. The manager came to the counter. I assume the refund went through. She just walked away after I put in my PIN number and didn’t say anything. The staff is HORRIBLE when it comes to customer service. Very rude when it came to my friend trying to order through the drive thru with hard of hearing.
Went two months ago and when we got home we notice they forgot the coleslaw. Went today and they forgot the biscuits and some of the chicken was burnt not to mention the wait time was long.
