I arrived at 8:02 pm to pick up a DD order. Lobby is closed by sign on doors and drive-thru has a long line. I waited in. drive-thru line 10 min only to be told that the order wasn't ready and would take a "minute" and was asked to park out front so they would bring it out. It is now 8:39pm and I have no food, but several cars have gone through the drive-thru and left. Ridiculous.

Very rude drive-through person talked very down to me and argumentative, She was not customer service friendly at all. I started my order with please be patient with me I have a very large order and I don't come here often...and Because of her attitude I ended a leaving without ordering, And I won't be coming back anytime soon either.
