The main negative about this KFC is the service. After receiving my meal the staff disappeared. When I did manage to get a hold of one they seemed surprised that someone would want anything else from them (didn't provide utensils and a drink was missing). Unless I'm desperate I will pass on this KFC due to customer service.
Had to wait for crispy chicken but that was totally fine. I was starving so I asked if I could get the sandwich and drink I ordered first while I waited. I wish I would have gotten her name but she made my sandwich and brought it out and it was awesome!

Am I missing something like a new owner or..... Cause ive gone to the establishment for years and the only thing I ever order for myself is the famous bowl first they did away with the cookie, then the sides now even the chicken in the bowl itself. I literally get 5 little pieces of chicken. Aside from that we got rushed to order, we didn't receive utensils, didn't receive any of our sides, from the walking through the front door through to our whole visit it wreaked of marijuana....read full review
