I ordered online to make sure I would get my food on time since I was on lunch break from work, and my food ended up being 15 minutes late. It was not even ready when I came to the store. Staff was very disrespectful and did not offer to compensate for their errors. I also was not given the drink that I paid for. When I demanded two cookies as compensation for their error, I was told twice that they don’t sell cookies even though it’s listed on their menu. So they are disrespectful AND liars. Will not be eating from there again.

If the atmosphere and quality of the food is based on the service the night manager ruins everything. I am a part time uber driver and the experience I have had with that young lady os atrocious. She has no customer service experience. Whe pretends to be firm by presenting a nasty attitude and when I went to pick up my customers food she claimed to be closed and literally threw their food in the trash bin in my face. The door was apparently not supposed to be open but after I walked out they didn't come lock it. Another woman went in 5 to 10 minutes later while I was informing uber support of the issue. I wonder if she met the same rudeness. I will be reaching out to the general manager in regards to this matter.

Charged my card for someone else order, took 30 mins to refund my money, didn't give me a receipt. got home , they gave me a 8 piece when I paid for a 10 piece. They will not answer the phone. the Manager is horrible and ghetto ugggh go someone else Popeyes is up the street.

Am I missing something like a new owner or..... Cause ive gone to the establishment for years and the only thing I ever order for myself is the famous bowl first they did away with the cookie, then the sides now even the chicken in the bowl itself. I literally get 5 little pieces of chicken. Aside from that we got rushed to order, we didn't receive utensils, didn't receive any of our sides, from the walking through the front door through to our whole visit it wreaked of marijuana. The employees are constantly speaking bad about patrons. What has my once beloved treat myself spot become. I would love to return but as far as my last order and visit chickfila might have to be my go to until management gets this place cleaned up and in proper working order.

If I could post without giving a star I would! The cashier was the rudest person I’ve come across in customer service(Dark skin with ashy braids that looked a few months old! I hope one day you will realize how to speak to people! Whoever owns this establishment really needs to rethink who they hire and what training they get!

Pretty sad ordered a three-piece the meat was so hard inside under the breading. It was definitely sitting for a couple hours under the heat lamp. Got a drink with no straw asked for napkins got none asked for honey and hot sauce got none. Unbelievable if these people don’t wanna work and do Simple job get rid of them. I threw the entire dinner away went and got a pizza. This place is pretty bad.

Honestly, we didn't get all of our food at the same time and didn't get ANY utensils with our bag of food. The workers couldn't even remember what we ordered and their instructions on what to do and where to go were super confusing. Several cars were left sitting in the drive through while the next car was served their food (also an incomplete order.) All we ordered were 2 Famous Bowls and a Big box. They didn't ask what dips we wanted. They couldn't even complete ONE full order before going on to the next one. Like, where is the lunch staff? And what are they doing in the back to where they can't even get ONE ORDER FULLY CORRECT?! I never want to even go to KFC again if this is how it is going to be EVERY SINGLE TIME (which it has so far)!!! We shouldn't have to wait for 47 minutes and have to go inside and get the rest of our order to get our food from the DIRVE THROUGH!! Seriously, get it together KFC. You're disgracing The Colonel. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!
