“Was the first time I ever ordered at this place and I have to honestly say the wings are ok. The buffalo sauce didn’t really taste like buffalo to me and the other person I ordered for. But still not that bad. Now the steak and cheese on the other had was amazing and definitely will be back for another one. The service was great and fast. No complaints here“
“I ordered a large meatlovers through the call center. When I went to pick it up they were very nice at the store. They gave me an additional $5 off. My pizza was a little under cooked when I got home but I placed it in the oven for 10 mins and it was perfect. Not a bad experience. I just wished they had cooked it longer.“
“I love this place I even love to tip the people when I go there.. because I really want them to make my pizza the way I need it because I have health issues.. and let them know of my health issues and how I need it..Every single time they don't listen to me not one time have they listened to me on how I want my pizza.. I'm not sending my pizza back because I have friends that work in the food industry and people will spit in your.. when you return and complain.. this goes on in restaurants all the time. it's is witnessed by many other employees.. not that this place does that but that's why I'm not sending my food back with a complaint.. I just wish to God in heaven that somebody could make my pizza their the way I want it when I tip you so well.. if somebody tells you they have health problems you should go above and beyond the call of duty to make that pizza the way they need it.. does anybody truly give a damn about other people" ? or do they just go through the emotions of their job..When I got home with my pizza I was so damn disappointed I'm paying $17 and something for a tiny gluten-free pizza and I want it my way and I can't get it... “TLDR: I screwed up and the wonderful woman at Pizza Hut provided the best customer service experience ever.I placed an order on the app; an hour later, I went to check on the delivery status only to realize I’d ordered carry out. I called; sure enough, the pizza had been ready and sitting for some time. I know I sounded frustrated when I said I’d come get the pizza. Ten minutes later, I pull up and another lady told me the pizza was coming out of the oven. I was pleasantly surprised and thought there had just been some sort of mix up. A few minutes later, the lady I’d spoken with on the phone came out and APOLOGIZED for my wait, saying she’d put another pizza in the oven for me. I have never had this awesome a customer service experience in Hinesville. Seriously. She made my day. Absolutely did NOT have to do that—the mistake was mine. I didn’t get her name and am kicking myself but if _1os means anything to management, give that woman a raise. ♥️ Also, we regularly order delivery from here. Pizza is almost always hot and fresh, and the delivery drivers are pretty great. Wouldn’t recommend dining in; doesn’t look like it’s made for it anyway, but they do have a couple tables and chairs.“
“Today, my visit was hopefully just a bad day and not the norm, but I have notifed more hnhappy employees as time has gone by.Today I trued to use my reward points and after selecting it in the app the cashier said ber scanner was broken and she couldnt scan it I explained that once i select it I have to use it and she said, "my scanner is broken, I just work here, what do you want me to do?"I asked if I could come inside to a scanner that worked, and she told me I would have to start my order over. It ended up being resolved by me coming inside, BUT only 1 person in there was nice, and I dont know his name. (Heavier male). He is always nice and was nice when he worked at Huey Magoos.I truly hate to see it go in this direction.The girl in the drive thru started yelling when I was inside, saying she needed someone else to work the window bc she was tired of people being rude. The whole visit was a disaster. I really hope this can be resolved and they find a way to have less angry employees.“
“So I have only lived in Georgia for six months now and have been settling for the wings for pizza places. Well tonight I decided to try an actual wing place to see if they knew what they were doing. I ordered three different kinds so I could eat them over the next few days. One boneless, two bone-in. When I got the boxes (had them DoorDashed) it didn’t look like much. I tried the first kind (honey chipotle bone-in) and my god. My eyes closed and I was in wing heaven. They were just the right amount of crispy, juicy, and sauced. Next were the Buffalo. Again, my mouth thanked me and I inhaled the wing. Last but not least, Apple BBQ boneless. I originally ordered these for my daughter but after the first bite, I wondered. Did she need that many wings? She wouldn’t know if a few were missing. I had to stop myself from devoring all three boxes. Not until after I had eaten did I read the reviews and I’m glad I didn’t make my decision off of them. Wings were exquisite and I will be applying there just in hopes of payment with wings.“
“One of my favorite places to go. Great prices. If you are gonna try out this place then please go in person. I take my daughter here alot and she loves it. The one thing she loves alot is the ball pit because she is able to throw the balls at the game that's on the wall.“
