I think that the staff are incredibly energetic and they work as a family which is wonderful to see! However, these young men & women could use some customer service training, they need hairnets, and gloves on as well. This is good services 101. The manager is incredibly patient and helpful as well.
The nice young lady who helped me not look like an idiot in the drive thru pretty much made me like this place. Humans make mistakes sometimes really dumb ones but if you're cool enough to just let it roll and still be helpful you get an A in my
