The chicken was good... but the side items was ok....they were out of a lot of stuff.... Y'all starting to give me Popeyes vibes..... get it together
Very great customer service from the kitchen drive tru and front counter where I made my order. All employees were being themselves professionally and made sure myself along with other customers had what we needed. And my food was hot 🔥 fresh..my slogan Confabulous...Please acknowledge the team here in Hinesville ga
The attitude of one particular staff member is what prompted this review! He was unprofessional and carried a very unwelcoming attitude. I asked for the corporate contact and was told that not even the staff was allowed to contact corporate and they had to go through the manager (illegal on a fronts) even if this is a franchise they are still beholden to corporate standards and practices. My order was incorrect and I came back to correct it. I was offered nothing not even an apology...read full review
