An extra large new york style cheese pizza sounds simple but there is a reason I pass at least 5 other places and go about 30 minutes out of my way to get it here. No one comes close.“
“I ordered a large meatlovers through the call center. When I went to pick it up they were very nice at the store. They gave me an additional $5 off. My pizza was a little under cooked when I got home but I placed it in the oven for 10 mins and it was perfect. Not a bad experience. I just wished they had cooked it longer.“
“I love this place I even love to tip the people when I go there.. because I really want them to make my pizza the way I need it because I have health issues.. and let them know of my health issues and how I need it..Every single time they don't listen to me not one time have they listened to me on how I want my pizza.. I'm not sending my pizza back because I have friends that work in the food industry and people will spit in your.. when you return and complain.. this goes on in restaurants all the time. it's is witnessed by many other employees.. not that this place does that but that's why I'm not sending my food back with a complaint.. “TLDR: I screwed up and the wonderful woman at Pizza Hut provided the best customer service experience ever.I placed an order on the app; an hour later, I went to check on the delivery status only to realize I’d ordered carry out. I called; sure enough, the pizza had been ready and sitting for some time. I know I sounded frustrated when I said I’d come get the pizza. Ten minutes later, I pull up and another lady told me the pizza was coming out of the oven. I was pleasantly surprised and thought there had just been some sort of mix up. A few minutes later, the lady I’d spoken with on the phone came out and APOLOGIZED for my wait, saying she’d put another pizza in the oven for me. I have never had this awesome a customer service experience in Hinesville. Seriously. She made my day. Absolutely did NOT have to do that—the mistake was mine. I didn’t get her name and am kicking myself but if _1os means anything to management, give that woman a raise. ♥️ Also, we regularly order delivery from here. Pizza is almost always hot and fresh, and the delivery drivers are pretty great. Wouldn’t recommend dining in; doesn’t look like it’s made for it anyway, but they do have a couple tables and chairs.“

“First off, the 2 employees that waited on us seem to give their all and very sincerely. The pizza and prices were so very fair in this economy. My Grandson loved every bite as he watched his tablet in their dinning room. Have always got mine to go but they made it so relaxing that I felt like I had time away just enjoying my food there.Parking: Very adequate to customers as most go through the drive thru or pick up.Kid-friendliness: My Grandson Jaiden played on his tablet while eating 3 pieces of his white cheese pizza and nobody had a problem with it, was so nice“
“I have to say that i used to absolutely hate Papa Johns..the pizza was drynand gritty with earth tasting crust...but..recently some friends and family brought some and it was good so I had to try the Garlic cheese stuffed crust and its now one of my top Pizza places to go. It may not be the best out there but its plenty good if u want to get something different.“
