Yesterday, we ordered pizza for delivery and unfortunately the third-party delivery service was 25 minutes late picking up our food. Instead of brushing it off, Christina — the manager — immediately stepped in and handled the situation directly with the delivery company. When we finally decided to just pick up the pizza ourselves, they didn’t just hand us the boxes that had been sitting there… they freshened everything up so it would be hot and perfect when we got it home. That level of care is rare. There was also another time when a third-party delivery service dropped off the wrong pizza for our son. Since we live so close, the staff didn’t hesitate — they offered to personally bring the correct pizza to our house, and it was at our door within minutes. No hassle. No excuses. Just immediate action to make it right. And that’s exactly why we keep coming back. Yes, the pizza is amazing. Yes, the food is always fresh and delicious. But it’s Christina, the entire staff, and the owner Dave who truly set Romas Pizza apart. They are the definition of going above and beyond. Whether it’s fixing an issue caused by a third party or simply providing excellent, friendly service every single time, they handle everything with professionalism and heart.
