“If I could give Romas Pizza 10 stars, I absolutely would. Not only is their pizza incredible (seriously, some of the best around), but it’s the PEOPLE who make this place unforgettable. Yesterday, we ordered pizza for delivery and unfortunately the third-party delivery service was 25 minutes late picking up our food. Instead of brushing it off, Christina — the manager — immediately stepped in and handled the situation directly with the delivery company. When we finally decided to just pick up the pizza ourselves, they didn’t just hand us the boxes that had been sitting there… they freshened everything up so it would be hot and perfect when we got it home. That level of care is rare. There was also another time when a third-party delivery service dropped off the wrong pizza for our son. Since we live so close, the staff didn’t hesitate — they offered to personally bring the correct pizza to our house, and it was at our door within minutes. No hassle. No excuses. Just immediate action to make it right. And that’s exactly why we keep coming back. Yes, the pizza is amazing. Yes, the food is always fresh and delicious. But it’s Christina, the entire staff, and the owner Dave who truly set Romas Pizza apart. They are the definition of going above and beyond. Whether it’s fixing an issue caused by a third party or simply providing excellent, friendly service every single time, they handle everything with professionalism and heart. They are the poster business for what customer service should look like. We will forever recommend Romas. 🍕❤️“

“Needed some food after a flight. Close to the airport and relatively fast. Friendly staff and Super Bowl Sunday, lots of pizza makers. We designed our own. They have fake cheese, but we like it without any. We were able to sub an ingredient for the cheese. Updated from previous review on 2026-02-09“

“I got to say when I looked at the reviews online I thought wow this is a great place. Looked at the pictures. The pizza looked fantastic. When I arrived at the location my feelings changed really quickly. First thing I see is a gas station and attached to it as a strip mall and I'm thinking oh my gosh this is going to really be bad. I'm very happy to report that this pizza is outstanding. I'm a pizza snob from Chicago. I would definitely take this to go. It does have that gas station vibe even though it's not really in the gas station. But I got to admit the pizza pie is fantastic. I'll be back again for sure. By the way, I ordered the square Brooklyn style pizza.“

“Costanzo's is about as good as you'll get in Savannah. There are no other good pizza places in all Savannah. Places like Vinny Go Go try to pass a cheese sandwich off as pizza! Being from New Jersey, I'm glad we found this place. Their pizza is not the best, but for the deep south, Costanzo's is a winner overall.“

“Very nice diner atmosphere, clean inside, friendly service from staff. My first time visiting. I ordered two slices of pizza, one slice supreme and the other slice just cheese. I didn't like them at all. I wasn't expecting such small slices but, I'm glad they were. It taste like pizza I can make myself at home. And I'm terrible at making pizza.“

“Always fast service, always quality pizza(and if you know little Caesars you know this varies place to place and shift to shift). Pizza, ICB, crazy bread, wings, you won go wrong with this one. The only downside is that it's one of the only pizza places central to the area so it tends to get busy certain nights, especially around local school sports, but the service and quality never suffers.“

“Absolutely loved the pizza we received tonight delivered by doordash. It was delicious and I would recommend it to anyone despite our missing food. However, they forgot to place my husband’s entire pizza in the bag. We only received my pizza, our son’s kids cheese pizza meal, and all the drinks. My husband ordered a meal- his drink arrived but not the pizza.“

“I've enjoyed Hunt Bros. for over 20 years. The slices are a great after work snack and on a "we just want the whole thing" night, one phone call is all. Our local Marathon ladies make them less than a mile from our house !“

“It’s Xmas eve they closed an hour ago (which I did not know other wise would not have ordered) the store was packed and many people complaining about wait times which was not their fault the system shouldn’t have allowed you to put in an order but these guy were doing amazing!
