order a small pizza at 8:20 told me 30 to 45 minutes I give them a hour at 9:18 I called and they send he left 10 minutes ago I only leave 10 minutes away they show up at 10:55 so we test the pizza it was ice cold and on top of that the manager was rude as hell
terrible service first it took me 3 hrs to get my order and I was also over charge 😞
I would give this negative stars if I could. Horrible experience! Placed the order at 6:03p online. App said it had a promised delivery time of 6:33p. By 6:49p, nothing on the tracking app had changed so we called in just to get an update. Lady on the phone told us the pizza was heading out the door right then. No biggie. 45min later, still no pizza. (We live less than 15min away). Called in again to check and the lady on the phone now told us that there are a lot of other orders...read full review
