Wow what a fantastic experience and reasonably priced! The food came out hot and quickly. I loved every bite of my New Yorker really couldn’t ask for a better quality this far south. The Mac n cheese was pretty good and the potato salad was off the charts. The staff always friendly and talkative
I had a problem with my order and the manager Ms. Nesha was wonderfully helpful! I wish that every establishment offered the level of customer service that she did today. I hope that her superiors get a chance to see this review and realize how valuable she is to the company. Also, Mcalister's Deli is the only place that I will order a sandwich from. I think they probably use premium meats and cheeses.
Disappointed that we have given this restaurant multiple chances because we really like the food. However, each time we place an order something is missing or incorrect with our order. Today was no exception. I understand they were having technical issues. I still believe a quality check can ensure all orders are accurate. Another disappointing aspect is there are no clear instructions on how to leave feedback and have concerns addressed. 3 of us from the office placed an order....
