I went to the drive-thru a few nights ago and on this particular night there was a young man whose always at the drive thru window was courteous, our food was hot and made exactly the way that we ordered it. He had a smile on his face, and he told us to be sure to come again, and to enjoy the rest of our night.

This is substandard. I pay good money as well as wait in the line to receive this hotdog with barely any chili or cheese on it. This establishment should be ashamed of themselves.
They took so long that people just started leaving. It's most likely because their employees were standing outside talking to their friends I presume.

I got the strawberry cheesecake milkshake, and it tasted funny. It had an awful salty taste, and I will never get another one from here again.

I usually LOVE Sonic. However, tonight I decided to visit with my husband to get ourselves a Sonic Blast treat because we've been under the weather and ice cream makes everything better -usually.. We kept it simple. I ordered an Oreo blast, he ordered a Reeses blast. I get home and we start eating only to see my oreo blast is actually in fact a half Oreo and half reese (what if I was allergic to peanuts?!) Also, my husband's "reese" blast was in fact a half oreo and half butterfinger blast- NO reese. Im so upset. Just spent 12 dollars on shakes neither of us ordered nor liked! I literally fed them to my dog. We also tried to call for a refund or atleast a correct shake without my call being answered. Highly disappointed ?
