First time ever eating inside a Sonic

it didn’t appear to be busy, i was the only car in a stall and waited 20 minutes for food and they forgot one of my drinks. Went inside after waiting in the stall for a while and stood there waiting for another 5 minutes til someone came to the front, plus another 5 minutes for my food. A waste of time and money i will not be back
Me and my family came here Friday the lady name cici was so polite even when they was busy she made sure we was taking care of very good customers service she was taking care of us and outside park made sure we was still greeted no matter what great job
