“The food was very delicious but it os very pricey. First tome for my kids so decided to bring them there. The service at this Five Guys I was not impressed at all. Just moved down to Georgia and the girl I was not impressed at all with. She was very rude to my children when asking what they wanted on their burgers. I was not happy. Unsure if I would want to bring them back there because of this especially when I spent at least $60! Customer service skills is a big thing when you are working the counter. Other than that the food was good and the store was clean.“
“I knew DQ is an American brand, but I've seen this chain in Korea as well. However, it was my first time trying their drinks. We ordered a white mocha shake and a peanut butter shake, and they were very satisfying! Also, the drive-thru service was quick and polite.“
“My server Lex was amazing! If you come here request her! She didn’t hover but she made sure my every need was attended to in a timely fashion!!! The bartender Jaianna did her big one with the Rita’s! I told the manager Clint it was a little too cold in here and he adjusted the thermostat! He is amazing!!“
“I ate her 4 times before leaving a review. It's a convenient place to go eat. It's right on a corner of a major intersection. I notice it's open decently late(for Hinesville).The food is pretty good. I hear hits and misses. But from my experience, it's pretty good. The serving sizes are a bit bigger than McDonalds. The quality of the food is average. Nothing below or above.The customer service can be pretty good. Only once out of those 3 times were they a bit rude. I'm unsure what was wrong that night, but I do recall that. Regardless, they got my order out pretty fast. Which is great since they're sometimes packed. I will say they're honestly pretty great the majority of the time.There's not really a place to sit for this location. Other than a few tables outside. It's still pretty cool during the summertime.Overall, I recommend this place to eat. A lot of soldiers go here from what I notice“
“Lily saved the day! We called about an hour ahead of time to let the restaurant know we would have a big party coming at 430 knowing they didn't take reservations, but figuring the heads up would be nice. We knew they had limited seating for large parties to sit together which is why we planned to go to dinner earlier. We arrived and there was no way they could seat us comfortably or together. The young man at the host stand didn't seem to care at all so I asked for the Manager. Lily was wonderful - understood what we needed and was able to make it happen. Everyone had a wonderful time and the meal was great and our server was on point! Big thanks for making it happen!“
“This is by far one of the best experiences that I've had at a Burger King. The person at the register who took our order was very nice and very pleasant. Our food came out hot and quickly. Everything is correct with our order. The drinks weren't watered down which is always a plus when you go out for fast food. They actually filled up the cup of fries with the appropriate amount of fries. Overall I'm extremely satisfied, this was as good as a trip to Burger King can be.“
“Keke is an EXCELLENT manager. I had an issue with my initial cashier (ticket says Kandice), who told me to leave the drive thru (before paying for my order, mind you LOL) if I was going to “be rude.” All I did was honk at the car in front of me, because they were backing up & almost hit me because they weren’t looking. I guess it’s “rude” not to allow someone to collide with my vehicle.I was in the second line, and I was pulling forward from the stop sign because the car in front of me in the second line pulled away from the second window. As I’m pulling up, the car that just pulled away from the first line/first window also made a stop at the second line’s window, and was trying to reverse back around to the 1st window. The cashier made the mistake of getting involved before she knew what was going on, and then refused to let me speak to her manager. I had to actually get rude with her to get a manager at the window. The camera footage will clearly show that I was simply staying in my lane and following posted procedure - yet I’m the one who was told to leave (???).Keke was very apologetic and rectified the situation with ease and grace. I can’t believe Cookout employs someone who tells paying customers to leave the drive thru before gathering all of the facts.“
“I went to the drive-thru a few nights ago and on this particular night there was a young man whose always at the drive thru window was courteous, our food was hot and made exactly the way that we ordered it. He had a smile on his face, and he told us to be sure to come again, and to enjoy the rest of our night.“

“I eat here from time to time. Food is hit or miss but when they do hit the target 1000/10. One time, they did miss and the food tastes like dirty dishes or just spoiled and the place wasn’t very clean. It truly just depends on who’s there.“
