“I’m not a huge McDonald’s fan, but not because of anything that happened. I have just had way too much McDonald’s growing up. However, we had just been to Burger King and could not get any service. They totally ignored us at Burger King. So I pull up to McDonald’s and we ordered our two coffees. We pulled up to the window to pay, and the girl asked us a question about how we wanted our coffee made. She was very nice and kind. We answered her question and gave her the money and told her thank you very much for being kind and knowing how to talk to people. And shared our experience at Burger King. Then we pulled up to get our coffees and the girl at that window although she was in a hurry she at least said hello and have a great day. I recommend McDonald’s and I hope you didn’t go to Burger King first.“

“I would like to recognize Hayson for providing outstanding customer service. After my DoorDash driver stole my order, I was extremely disappointed because I had spent the last of my money on that meal and never received the food I ordered.
Instead of simply directing me back to DoorDash, Hayson took the time to help me and made sure I didn't leave empty-handed. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond completely turned around what had been a very upsetting experience.
Because of Hayson's exceptional customer service, I left with a smile on my face instead of frustration. Employees like him are the reason customers continue to return. He represented Five Guys in the best possible way, and I truly believe he deserves recognition for his dedication and care. I will definitely be returning to Five Guys because of the positive experience Hayson provided.
