“Haven’t been to a Texas Roadhouse in at least 10+ years. Was a little hesitant because a few weeks ago we visited a competitor nearby and our steaks were horrible!So we took a chance, plus we were starving and said lets try them. The worse would be we wouldn’t return.Well everyone and everything was amazing!!First Megan, the mgr seating us was great!! We shared how long it had been since coming in and she said she’d send over some saples.Cody, another mgr brought us the sample of sides to try, which were delicious!! Oh and Cody was also awesome!!Our server was Arianna, who was in training but definitely is a pro!! She was very friendly, attentive to us and answered all our questions., she was just fabulous!!She told us we wouldn’t be disappointed and we were not!!Everything about our meal was perfect!! Steaks were cooked medium as requested and they were delicious!!So glad we gave this location a chance and we will be back!!The entire experience was awesome!! This management team is doing something right, they have set the tone and everything trickles down from them.The staff was reflective of the welcoming environment and customer focused service we had this visit. “I recently visited Hardee's in Pooler and had a fantastic experience under the management of Vertis. The service was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Vertis has clearly brought a positive energy to the restaurant, and it reflects in the atmosphere and quality of service. The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and served promptly. I appreciate the attention to detail and the effort put into making my dining experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Hardee's in Pooler, especially with Vertis at the helm.“
“Culvers has great food. I've always been treated with respect. Their fish sandwich is off the charts! Nothing else in the industry comes close. Onion rings always cooked perfect. We don't have Culver's in MD so when I visit my second residence I always stop in for a meal. Pooler is my Culver's.“
“Food was great. My family and I were heading back down to Florida and stopped at this location. I had left my backpack and didn’t realize until 3 hours south. We called up and manager had it. He went up and beyond to check and make sure I was the owner (my wallet was in it). He was willing to mail it to us so we wouldn’t have to come back up. He went up and beyond and we are so appreciative of his kindness.“

Her great personality as well as stellar suggestions, along with the cleanliness and well prepared food, made this a 5 star visit, and I will certainly be stopping by this location again next time I'm in town. Thank you, Christian, for the awesome experience you provided me and my mother. It was our first time to WayBack Burgers, definitely not our last! Lastly, I just wanted to say this was well overdue to write but such a great experience you just don't forget so even a month late on writing this I remember it like it was yesterday.Parking: The parking lot is shared with other stores, so during peak hours, I can imagine parking being an issue, but outside of that, if spots are available, then they are just 12 steps to the door. I can assure you that it's worth the walk across the parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Had crayons and a kid paper to entertain kids. Also, they had a TV or 2 playing a Disney movie, so that brought the family atmosphere in full effect. The kids in attendance seemed to be doing just fine.Wheelchair accessibility: I cannot remember.“

“Cameron was our server for our visit and did ok. The burgers were amazing. The onion rings were a bit greesy. The salad my wife ordered was fantastic as well, but it was on the menu as gluten-free but had regular croutons in it, which have gluten. Small detail, no biggie. Great food and very fast. We will be back.“
