“I purchased a great white medium pie and it was fantastic just like other locations I’ve been too. I really appreciate the quality and service that is very much the same across multiple locations I’ve tried.

My only complaint is that they ask for gratuity on to-go orders. I feel like the money isn’t going directly to the people preparing the food, but to the location as a whole. I’m all for tipping waiters when I’m in the location, but for to go orders, it just feels off. I still tipped because I felt obligated to but it’s slightly uncomfortable. Just pay the employees more for doing a great job instead of pushing that off to the customer.“

“For five years our trivia team has been attending Monday night General Knowledge trivia at World of Beer, Pooler. It is our way to kick off the work week, a place to enjoy our time together and to participate in a battle of wits with other teams. For five years, our team has consisted of two to seven members, based on who is able to come on Monday nights. Over these five years, we’ve split each gift card winning equally. We use it like a coupon when it comes time to cash out. We’ve never had a major issue with cashing out our equal winnings until last night (8/25/25). With no notifcation, the manager on duty told our server we can no longer break up our winnings per each gift card. He never explained why (his playground, his rules I guess). The manager should have come to our table himself to explain why not send our server to do his job. While our server was talking to us, the manager stole/confiscated two of our gift cards which still had credits on them (roughly $35 all together). We win pretty frequently and as of today, we have $136 in gift card winnings still to be used. Now we’re being told we cannot. How else is a team of several people supposed to spend their winnings? In one lump sum? That’s not possible. The way this whole situation was handled was highly unprofessional and deceitful. It’s a shame too. We really enjoyed our years with PubStar Trivia. Thanks for the memories….with the exception of last night.“

“Food was great. I stopped here with my family while visiting my dad in Savannah. Chose this place because was close to our hotel. Came at dinner time and wasn’t over crowded. The Baked beans were my favorite. Fried chicken and everything else was great. I was surprised that they even kept the desert bar with fresh treats. Most buffets have old desert that been sitting. I will definitely be back when I come back to pooler ga.“

“Our first time to go. The food was great!!
I got the fish and chips, substituted the chips for fries. I loved the presentation dish it came on! The fish was crispy and full if flavor. It was not greasy at all! There tartar was was really good. I am not a sweet relish fan, however how they mix theirs with mayo and other ingredients is delicious!
My husband got the burger. Big, huge, hand formed patty. Very juicy and flavorful.
The service was great as well! I wish I remembered the ladies name cause she was so kind!

With a name like Bahama Bob's I liked the colors used inside. However, it was very, very dim inside. Need to brighten it up with lights so those colors pop! Bahamian colors are bright! I used my night time filter to show those colors! You've got those, just need the light to make it all shine! Definitely going back!“

“We showed up granted at 11:15. We were told that the kitchen was closed which is fine, to which we asked the hostess if we could sit at the bar and get drinks. The hostess said that was fine. When we got there, the bar manager said hey we’re closing down, and they would not serve us.

It was annoying. Because apparently the hostess and the bar manager were not talking. Also it was well before closing time. Either way poor customer service.“

“Always enjoy a good Spanky's meal. The appetizer plate of veggies always hits the spot. The fingers are the best, but the spuds need an update. Battery too heavy and thick for a potato. Didn't like them at all. Maybe my older tastebuds have just changed, but next time I'll not order. However, Ryan, our server was the best ever. Really thought he was gonna sit down and eat with us. He truly was the experience today. Keep up the good work. You are definitely going places. Thank you Spanky's for bringing it everytime!“

“Dined in Saturday 10/3 at about 10 pm.
Service was excellent.
Food was excellent! Hard to find a restaurant that truly cooks a rare steak. It was perfect.
Side dishes were both excellent.
But the bathroom.. real facets. Real soap dispenser and real paper towels. Nothing sensor activated.

BUT the real story happens when I leave my cell phone on the table.
Came by the next day at opening. The manager couldn't locate it. He said he manager from the previous night would be in at noon.
At 12:05, I'm notified that they indeed had and the morning manger had overlooked.
Not only did they have my phone, they charged it for me as well.

Food always taste fine.. but we don't go to the pooler one hardly ever anymore because of these issues.“

“Great meal at Logan’s Roadhouse. Excellent service in a clean, comfortable environment.

Been a while since I’ve eaten at a Logan’s Roadhouse. Came in late on a Sunday night, and was immediately seated. Tru provided excellent service, and many of the staff and management came by to make sure we were OK.

We started with the nachos, and they were delicious. For dinner, we all had the filet with various sides. Tender and seasoned well, each of ours was cooked to perfection.

Large selection of steaks, chicken, and seafood. There are tons of restaurants, nearby, and glad we chose here. Looking forward to a return visit. Enjoy!“
