“Horrible manager on 10/13/2022! He ruined my daughter's 5 year anniversary dinner. They were in from out of state to attend a golf tournament and celebrate their anniversary. When it came time for payment the manager came over and told them they don't accept Discover and was really rude and belittled them for not having any other type of payment with them. There are no signs posted that they don't take Discover. The manager said what do you want us to do, sit everyone down beforehand and tell them we don't take Discover. A sign should have been posted. Every other establishment they visited in Hilton Head took Discover. The manager could have been nice about it while they secured another form of payment instead of belittling them in front of everyone. Their waiter was amazing though. Seems they need to promote the waiter as the new manager.“

“We came to crazy crab and was lucky enough to have Susan as our waitress. Susan is the greatest waitress I’ve had at any restaurant ever. She makes sure we get our food in a reasonable time and we don’t stay thirsty. I would give susan a 100/10 on service and I think she needs a raise.“

“We have been going to Alfred’s during our visits to HHI the past several years…our dinners this trip were just as great as our first visit! The service (Trent, Ian) is excellent; welcoming and friendly, great recommendations. The dinners are always delicious and perfectly prepared. We enjoy the seafood mornay appetizer, Gorgonzola salad, the beef filet (both grilled and au piovre), rack of lamb, beef Wellington; desserts are great too! We’ll be looking forward to coming back on our next visit.“

During our most recent visit our server was Narissa. She was oh so very friendly, oh so efficient, and such an awesome waitress with such excellent deep menu experience. We often get the salmon or a hamburger, so yummy! Narissa from beginning to end really has made our meals in the past such an enjoyable one with her utmost warmth and such pleasantries. How wonderful! Thank you oh so much. Also, Paige, the food and beverage manager was oh so attentive at the end of the meal making sure everything was so smooth, which it always is for us. We asked if the risotto was available as a side, we didnt get the answer therefore we didn't order it. Also she needs to be the server to deliver any extra items of dressing, straws, the check instead of passing the task to another server. Some additional training and encouragement is needed for her. She has great potential. I manage a call center, I would hire Mahalia because she was do well. Food was good, especially the collard greens and gouda grits. Next time we come back to HHI we will come to Frasers.“

I would love to go back and try the loaded hot dog!! The kids had burgers and chicken fingers which is their usual no matter where we go. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this place!!“

“NO BONES ABOUT IT, THE RIBS ARE OUTSTANDING -- my husband and I have eaten at Red Fish every time we've visited HHI in the last 15 plus years. To-date, I've always gone seafood: sea bass, grouper, salmon and scallops. Decided to mix it up and go for the rack of ribs (or should it read raaaaaaaack of ribs). It filled a very large oval dish. Despite the size, the ribs were perfectly cooked, moist, tender, fell right off the bone. The sides of slaw and blue cheese potato gratin were great too. Well done Red Fish, well done. PS -- took half the ribs home and ate them for lunch today.“
