“What a great company. The coffee cookies and cream and the oatmeal cookie ice cream was PHENOMENAL. We will make sure to add The Ice Cream Cone to our future visits to the island. PS: the tip sign was iconic and I’m sad I didn’t get a picture.“

“Horrible manager on 10/13/2022! He ruined my daughter's 5 year anniversary dinner. They were in from out of state to attend a golf tournament and celebrate their anniversary. When it came time for payment the manager came over and told them they don't accept Discover and was really rude and belittled them for not having any other type of payment with them. There are no signs posted that they don't take Discover. The manager said what do you want us to do, sit everyone down beforehand and tell them we don't take Discover. A sign should have been posted. Every other establishment they visited in Hilton Head took Discover. The manager could have been nice about it while they secured another form of payment instead of belittling them in front of everyone. Their waiter was amazing though. Seems they need to promote the waiter as the new manager.“

“Had lunch at Hudson’s for the first time today. Service was impeccable, food was wonderful. Have never had such good hush puppies! Brittany was our server - could not have asked for anyone better.“

“We have been going to Alfred’s during our visits to HHI the past several years…our dinners this trip were just as great as our first visit! The service (Trent, Ian) is excellent; welcoming and friendly, great recommendations. The dinners are always delicious and perfectly prepared. We enjoy the seafood mornay appetizer, Gorgonzola salad, the beef filet (both grilled and au piovre), rack of lamb, beef Wellington; desserts are great too! We’ll be looking forward to coming back on our next visit.“

“My family and I have dined at Coast Oceanfront Dining many a time at Hilton Head often when we've ventured to this most delightful and oh so scrumptious restaurant. Whether it be for a most delicious meal on the patio with the great vistas of views of the most beautiful ocean or a tasty most delicious snack like scoops of ice cream. How delicious and tasty! During our most recent visit our server was Narissa. She was oh so very friendly, oh so efficient, and such an awesome waitress with such excellent deep menu experience. We often get the salmon or a hamburger, so yummy! Narissa from beginning to end really has made our meals in the past such an enjoyable one with her utmost warmth and such pleasantries. How wonderful! Thank you oh so much. Also, Paige, the food and beverage manager was oh so attentive at the end of the meal making sure everything was so smooth, which it always is for us. We will definitely come back to Coast Oceanfront Dining for their most excellent food and most incredible down home service.“

“We had such a wonderful experience at Coastal Capri Ristorante, and a huge part of that was our waiter, James. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly personable. He took the time to answer all of our questions, offered excellent recommendations, and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect. His knowledge of the menu and thoughtful suggestions made it easy to choose dishes we absolutely loved.

What truly made our evening unforgettable was the kindness he showed our family. When he found out our son had just graduated Pre-K, he surprised him with celebratory cannolis, which completely made his day. It was such a thoughtful gesture that meant so much to us and made the celebration even more special. “Nonna Marie’s is an HHI treasure! The best homemade gelatos, and different flavors featured every time you go. They also offer delicious coffees and pastries as well! The owners are friendly and fantastic, and really go out of their way to provide friendly customer service. We’ll definitely be back again.“

“NO BONES ABOUT IT, THE RIBS ARE OUTSTANDING -- my husband and I have eaten at Red Fish every time we've visited HHI in the last 15 plus years. To-date, I've always gone seafood: sea bass, grouper, salmon and scallops. Decided to mix it up and go for the rack of ribs (or should it read raaaaaaaack of ribs). It filled a very large oval dish. Despite the size, the ribs were perfectly cooked, moist, tender, fell right off the bone. The sides of slaw and blue cheese potato gratin were great too. Well done Red Fish, well done. PS -- took half the ribs home and ate them for lunch today.“

“We stopped in to get dessert. We had a total of 6 people in our group. We waited patiently for 10 minutes. People were gathered behind us as well. A couple walks in and was immediately served. I spoke up and noted we had been waiting there for a long time and were next. After the couple was served, the employee walked away to wait on someone else. I told him they needed a new system. He was very rude and said that it works fine for them. There were a couple of young men working at the time. They were rude and inconsiderate. The place was not very clean either. We walked out & will not return.“
