I had the swordfish from the brunch menu and it was outstanding. It was blackened and flavorful, but not too salty. The mac & cheese and fresh vegetables were very good. Others in my party had the seafood omelette and meat omelette. They loved it. The side biscuit is outstanding. For happy hour we went back and had the charcuterie board the chicken and biscuit and derp eddy vodka. Very good at a very, very reasonable price.
We happened upon this restaurant after visiting the theater nearby. Our group stopped in and we were lucky enough to get a seat without a reservation. I decided to try blackened sheepshead per our server's recommendation. It was an excellent choice. The sides were rice and mixed vegetables. My wife and I split a dessert that was like bread pudding and it was awesome! Our server was very nice as well. We hope to return on our next visit.

Holy moly, this place is good! The spicy chicken sandwich (yes, it's fried) has so many flavors and textures, I can't even write about them all. Beautifully spicy, a tiny bit sweet (but not much--I don't like sweet), dill pickles--yum! The fry chips are so good too! Cut like a thick chip, but cooked like a fry and perfectly salted. We also got the fried green tomatoes, which the hubs loved but the flavors weren't for me--maybe too sweet. The decor is so cute! Come here.
