So happy we found this cute cafe! My daughter, who is celiac, and I stopped here at the end of our visit to Hilton Head, as we were leaving to drive back home. So many options and all gluten-free, which is such a delight!! Great selection, something for everyone. Everything was nice and fresh.Dedicated kitchen. All products pictured are gluten free and also had a gf bagel egg sandwich. They also offered multiple bread options. They ship nationwide.Dietary restrictions: Dedicated kitchen for gluten free.

I am in the process of relocating from NJ to Hilton Head and happy that I searched and located the G-Free Spot. I have celiac, so gluten is disastrous for me.
