“We stopped at this location to pick up breakfast on our way to Orlando. When we walked in, there was an entire track team ordering, but the manager was taking all their orders so other customers could order in the regular line. We were worried a bit as thought it would take a while to order and get our breakfast. Sydney was our cashier - he was very personable, friendly and helpful. After ordering, we went to fix our drinks and they called our name as our order was ready. Very quickly. This is an efficiently run CFA. We will definitely stop at this location again in our travels. What we didn't like is ordering online, having a code for pickup, and going through the drive-thru only to be told we must come inside. When you have a handicap, just having to go inside will make us go somewhere else.
I hope management sees this and make the needed changes. They give you a on-line code to pickup“

“Have rarely had issues with the food but most of the time the employees are rude, I asked for grilled kiddie finger which is something that’s not on the menu as an item but can make it and manager has approved it every time I go there. The issue I run into is I ask for this item for my daughter and they tell me right away it can’t be made then I ask them to ask the manager and they give me an attitude as they raise their voice. I try to keep calm but they just push it too much. Wish it could be put on the menu so I don’t run everytime into the same issue since go to this place pretty regularly“

“What an amazing group! I was so impressed with this team. I showed up during lunch rush with an order of 6 giant subs. I could tell there was already a lot of action as they were filling to go pick up orders, building party packs and taking care of the customers in front of me. The lady in front of me just ordered 4 subs, so I was afraid to ask for 6, however, the team all worked in their zones and systematically worked through everyone's orders with out panic or frustration.
