I really appreciated her customer service, great attitude, and the way she carried herself. Ban was taking orders, fixing orders, and I even watched her clean the lobby. “Have rarely had issues with the food but most of the time the employees are rude, I asked for grilled kiddie finger which is something that’s not on the menu as an item but can make it and manager has approved it every time I go there. The issue I run into is I ask for this item for my daughter and they tell me right away it can’t be made then I ask them to ask the manager and they give me an attitude as they raise their voice. I try to keep calm but they just push it too much. Wish it could be put on the menu so I don’t run everytime into the same issue since go to this place pretty regularly“
