“Hello every time I order from here I always have a poor experience when I put in an order to Uber eats and it gets picked up from this location. I always ordered the loaded fries and it look like they just throw the fries in there. They don’t even care the fries be cold I have burnt bacon. It don’t be fresh at all this location in this specific Zaxby’s is making all of the Zaxby’s corporations look like trash. If I go to any other Zaxby’s, they immediately give me great customer service, and what I ask for when I order, but this is the only one that don’t care and is sad“

“Very horrible service came in 45 minutes to closing Wanted to eat of course the manger talking loud saying oh I’m not making no more chicken it’s 45 minutes to closing while we standing there an they haven’t yet to greet us upon us arriving, poor customer service I eat at kfc faithfully and I never want to go back because of this just rude and disrespectful“

“Great food and service. They were playing decent music (oldies) but they were a bit loud. We couldn't hardly hear each other across a two person table over the music volume. Overall it was a good experience. I highly recommend! 👍😁😎“

I stopped into Zaxby’s recently and was genuinely impressed with how well this location is run. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. Everyone was polite, helpful, and seemed happy to be there, which really makes a difference in the overall experience. The restaurant itself was spotless—tables, floors, and drink station were all clean and well-maintained. My order came out quickly, and the food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. You can tell they put care into both the service and the quality of the meal. “When I came the restaurant was a little busy. I was greeted and asked to give them a few minutes. Ban, the cashier, helped me with my order. She was very apologetic for the wait. I really appreciated her customer service, great attitude, and the way she carried herself. Ban was taking orders, fixing orders, and I even watched her clean the lobby. Ill most definitely come back.“

“Everything there was great. Food was easy to order with plenty to choose from. The staff was super friendly and efficient. The food was delievered to our table shortly after we sat down. “I went inside to eat. The food was good. It was a pretty normal experience. There are only two single person (male/female) restrooms. I’m sure when it is busy inside there could be a long wait. Fortunately it was not too crowded when I ate there.“

“Have rarely had issues with the food but most of the time the employees are rude, I asked for grilled kiddie finger which is something that’s not on the menu as an item but can make it and manager has approved it every time I go there. The issue I run into is I ask for this item for my daughter and they tell me right away it can’t be made then I ask them to ask the manager and they give me an attitude as they raise their voice. I try to keep calm but they just push it too much. Wish it could be put on the menu so I don’t run everytime into the same issue since go to this place pretty regularly“

“If Anya isn't a manager she definitely should be. The way she really knows her stuff. She's excellent at upselling the product. She's wonderful at helping her coworkers become better versions of their self. Each time I visit the restaurant shes always busy doing something. She is very detail oriented. I'll keep coming back as long as she works there.“

I ordered the Krunchy Box, which comes with two pieces of chicken, steak fries, and a biscuit — all for under $9! Everything was hot, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
