“Very horrible service came in 45 minutes to closing Wanted to eat of course the manger talking loud saying oh I’m not making no more chicken it’s 45 minutes to closing while we standing there an they haven’t yet to greet us upon us arriving, poor customer service I eat at kfc faithfully and I never want to go back because of this just rude and disrespectful“

“Our food was delicious and hot. Service was quick and friendly. We were coming from family vacation and stopped in Pooler to grab lunch. Our car unfortunately had mechanical issues in the park lot. The staff helped us move the car to a safe area and even gave us a jump so that we could get home. Thank you guys so much, you made a scary and frustrating situation much better. May God bless you.“

“I went through the drive-through line today and all of the clerks were talking to one another and basically ignored me so I thought they would be another person around the other side to take my order, but there wasn’t. So I ended up going through the drive-through line without getting my order placed then I pulled around front and just walked up to the in person service line. But I did complain to one of the girls that they need to tell the people to quit socializing and take someone’s order.“

“I ordered half of 13 seasoned chicken and half of 6 snow onion and it was delicious. When I visited a few months ago, the salty taste of the chicken was salty, but after the owner changed, I heard that it became less salty and more delicious, so I visited and the taste has improved a lot, so it tastes just like the one I had in Korea!! Keyonnaise cabbage salad is the best!!
The seasoning was good because it wasn't too sweet, and the onion chicken had a sweet and refreshing mayonnaise sauce, so it was a good combination.“

“Have rarely had issues with the food but most of the time the employees are rude, I asked for grilled kiddie finger which is something that’s not on the menu as an item but can make it and manager has approved it every time I go there. The issue I run into is I ask for this item for my daughter and they tell me right away it can’t be made then I ask them to ask the manager and they give me an attitude as they raise their voice. I try to keep calm but they just push it too much. Wish it could be put on the menu so I don’t run everytime into the same issue since go to this place pretty regularly“

“It’s good service, but when you’re waiting in that line without the children to take your orders; that’s a 30 min wait! The line today was worse than Popeyes wait and I’ve sat around the corner this was not okay, I’ll need to see if anyone is outside before I go in the line but inside is always uncomfortable and clustered. The food is good but not worth this wait.“

“Tyler helped me today (and last time) and he is on it!! Super friendly, fast and efficient. My meal was fresh and tasted great. I got the tacos for the first time from this location and they were awesome compared to another location that I have been to and bought the same thing. This location moves the line quickly and everything is always fresh and hot. Great job guys!!“

“We moved to Seattle 10 years ago and every time we come back to visit, Zaxby’s is one of our spots for a fast food lunch. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Ron at this location. He was a jolly character that brings a smile in this usually bland world.“

“It's nice to see upon the entry, the cleanliness of anywhere you may go to eat. I'm always impressed with this KFC, because of there dining area being spotless. The front dining area tells you alot about the food prep area, and when the front is so clean as here, rest assured the food area is as well. The sweet tea containers even are marked as to the time they are to be refilled. Many condiments that you may want are available without having.to ask. Buffet is temporarily closed due to Covid, but the drive thru service moves fast. They offer high chairs for children, and tables wiped clean and sanitized after use. The food is always fresh, very tasty, and hot. My favorite is the pot pies. Delicious... I also liked how the manager, Julie Ellis, had everyone working in unison and as a team which is rare for \"fast food\" establishments nowadays. For good chicken, and a clean environment, when you in the area, stop in.“

I've visited 3 times last month July 2024 and here I am again. The 3.49 special, formerly known as the 2.99 special and the 1.99 special after the club on Montgomery St is still the bomb.??? Did I go there? But now you have more friendly service, hotter chicken, sweeter biscuits,! more options for sides, and a pepper comes in the box. That's right, with this special,you can forget AND a PEPPER cause it comes with it. Gotta say, this location is convenient to the Ports and the food at 11:55am hits the spot. So if ya have some time and you're a DIVA on a BUDGET like myself, slide on in here and feed the beast ... hunger pangs that is. Then get on back to that Ship, Truck, Warehouse, Office or whatever it is that you do full to the gills with change in your pocket for the next day's lunch ?.
