For being short staffed because 3 employees didn't show up they were surprisingly prompt and they were really trying to keep up with everything including the lunch rush thru the drive up window and they were training a employee so yes they didn't fully get the order correct but omg they did their absolute best. I was impressed with all of the staff as they were running from everywhere getting it done these employees need a raise or a bonus for their ability to hold down the fort...read full review
We ordered the $20 box and the nuggets were hard and cold. We took it back, and they did serve us hot, fresh nuggets. I took a star because we had to actually turn around and go back to get the quality we deserved in the first place.

Of three to four KFC's I've visited, this one has the most polite and customer friendly staff. Also, they are quick and accurate with my orders and the food is fresh. I refuse to frequent the other horrible KFC's in my area due to their lazy, unfriendly attitudes and constant mistakes with my food orders.
