Of three to four KFC's I've visited, this one has the most polite and customer friendly staff. Also, they are quick and accurate with my orders and the food is fresh. I refuse to frequent the other horrible KFC's in my area due to their lazy, unfriendly attitudes and constant mistakes with my food orders.

I know it's hard to find good help but the staff there is like scraps from the bottom of the barrel. My pickup order wasn't ready on time and the staff ignored the fact that a customer was at the front and continued their conversation before I was attended to 10 minutes

For being short staffed because 3 employees didn't show up they were surprisingly prompt and they were really trying to keep up with everything including the lunch rush thru the drive up window and they were training a employee so yes they didn't fully get the order correct but omg they did their absolute best. I was impressed with all of the staff as they were running from everywhere getting it done these employees need a raise or a bonus for their ability to hold down the fort even when they were shorthanded

I'm not sure who the young lady was with the long sideburns but she was rude. She took my order very rude once I received my order. I got 20 minutes away and noticed that I didn't have the correct food I went back and Receive an extra leg instead of the extra biscuit I requested. The fool was hot and amazing. And I really do appreciate them being open during the storm but her being ruled just was not it.
We ordered the $20 box and the nuggets were hard and cold. We took it back, and they did serve us hot, fresh nuggets. I took a star because we had to actually turn around and go back to get the quality we deserved in the first place.

Tonight's experience was great. A little busy for a Wednesday night for the drive thru but all in all not bad. Everything is hot and fresh did not disappoint!!!

Just dont! Placed an online order, and my account was charged. Went to pick it up, and they had no record of the order. Their ordering system is Broken! I was however given the option to pay over THREE times the price for the same order, even though still not reimbursed for the 1st charge.
