“I am a regular here at this zaxby's location and it is very poorly ran. I always online order and end up having to wait anywhere from 10-45 mins extra on top of what my wait time is estimated to be. Many times, I will not even know when my order is ready because they don't call your name or put it on the display rack, so there is just a slough of bagged up orders with 10 customers crowded around the counter, waiting on their food. The customer service is poor, and the tables are always dirty. When I worked in fast food as a cashier, part of my job was keeping the dining room clean.“

“Did you know zaxbys was originally found in Statesboro? Well, this zaxbys is 73 steps away from the original one (according to a sign I saw, it may vary depending on your foot size, of course!) This Zaxby's is REALLY fancy becuase it's the nearest to the origional Zaxby's (not sure if the original one is still there or not...) food and service was great also, but that will depend on when you go in.
