This Zaxby’s is incredible, always nice, with fresh food and a great atmosphere. The service is impeccable, with friendly & professional staff who provide great customer service. Everything is fresh and delicious. The lemon pepper dry rub on the wings and things combo was amazing. The employees are consistently doing what they are supposed to do: hot, fresh food without waiting too long. They treat customers with care, remember names and orders, and have pleasant demeanors. Whoever trained the staff did a good job. Specific employees, including a manager, have helped with a dead car battery, and others ensure orders are correct with pleasant conversation. The staff are fantastic parts of the whole establishment.
