Wendy's offers great food, especially the Dreamsicle Frosty, despite occasional mishaps with orders. The staff can be loud and unprofessional, which may create an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers. However, they are accommodating and provide excellent service, earning a 5-star rating for their presentation and attitude towards customers. Customers may sometimes feel like they are back in middle school due to the level of professionalism displayed by the staff. Overall, Wendy's is a good spot for tasty food with some room for improvement in customer service. On a positive note, the staff has been efficient and friendly during certain shifts, making visits more enjoyable. Additionally, customers have had friendly experiences, such as staff showing love for pets and giving treats. Nonetheless, mistakes like missing bacon on a BACONATOR can happen, especially during busy times, and may result in customers needing to return for corrections. Despite these issues, many find Wendy's to be a reliable place for tasty food with friendly staff and a welcoming environment.
