ordered mobile pickup they were out of ingredient I asked for nugget as substitute they said ok and gave me fries. coke was tasteless prob out of juice. i threw them. all I got was just a burger.

Wrong order all together didn't want to fix it.when you serve taco salads serve them with the right meat not chili. Because it's not a taco salad if you are eating it with chili it'll be a chili salad. We will not ever come back to this one. We will continue to give our business to the one in Richmond hills.

Out of chocolate... The place known for their Frosty was out of chocolate. Ok... I ordered large drink and a large Dreamsicle Frosty. Was handed a medium cup and medium Frosty. The Frosty was incredible by the way but the guy running the cash register wasn't even doing other things and somehow immediately forgot the size of my drink order. So this got my attention and had me bothered. I didn't say anything because I wanted to eavesdrop on their raunchy conversation about friends and coworkers and see how fast they could siphon off the lemonade. It was more entertaining than the outdated hunk of junk TV they had blasting commercials at their customers in the eating area. This experience made me feel like I was back in middle school, which is about the level of professionalism you should expect from this location.

The stores food was great! However, the team administering the food were loud and not very Wendy’s like! It was quite uncomfortable sitting in an unclean environment with with, it seemed like, 50 people behind the register.

I’m not sure they know how to do their jobs or maybe they just don’t care. I didn’t realize a cheeseburger looked like a chicken sandwhich.I’ll also never understand why at night they seem to struggle so much. Wait times for a “fast food” restaurant shouldn’t be 45

Very accommodating staff! I grab burger Patties for my pups occasionally and they always do a great job, great presentation of how they serve the order, always 5 stars with the staff.

So let me start by saying this used to be the worst Wendy's I'd have ever been to. But decided to give it another shot. They have actually improved a lot to the point I've been back another 2 times since. It's nice to be able to post a solid improvement in a place!
