Got home and ready to enjoy dinner, and I (only my meal was wrong) got the wrong order, and fries were broken small pieces. I ordered the grill chicken sandwich and got fried.They were not full waffle fries. Had to drive back with traffic, which took me more than 30 minutes . Food wasn't fresh .
The lady taking orders in the drive thru wasn't very nice. She was short and sounded annoyed that she had to work. My only other issue was I ordered a sunjoy and the tea tasted bitter like maybe it was unsweet tea.

The drive-thru traffic design is genius; keeps congested lines moving through quickly so service is very fast, and friendly. The parking lot has just a few spaces and trying to back out can be a challenge, but all Chic-fil-A restaurants seem to have this problem. They are so popular making them so busy.
