we received our water and near flat Dr.Pepper about 20 minutes after being sat down. Staff not fully engaged on their task. There was a time BDUBS was entertaining not because of the atmosphere itself but also their staff, this will be the last time I’ll ever go to BDUBS.

Service here for doordash orders is THE WORST in this area. I arrive and always wait 5mi s in the car just to come inside and wait an additional 7-10mins. Terrible. And the guy at the to-go pick up always has food stuffed in his mouth. Give this guy a break so he can eat cause that's so unprofessional. Please do better with your doordash speed of service. If you can't how about Pause the app sheeesh.
