I am coming way out of town for work. I get to your restaurant an hour before y’all close. They just sat down a party of 5 right before us. Over half the restaurant was empty. I asked them if they was gonna seat us after waiting 20 minutes in the lobby. All the servers was standing around the cash register to the side of the building talking and laughing. I feel like we was racially profiled. If they didn’t want to serve us they should of informed us.

Every word I type is the TRUTH, so help me God! And if the chefs/workers wish to be honest, they will. I went to purchase dinner yesterday, April 10, 2024. 6 pieces of wings and fries. The fries was warmed in a microwave. No joke! I could not eat them. They were tough and dry and as for the chicken (wet garlic parmesan), TOUGHHHH! I could not bite it. I swear to you. This is the NASTIEST, MOST DISGUSTING FOOD I EVER BOUGHT! Wasted my $12. Plus the wait was LONGGGGGG! Do better Buffalo Wild Wings! This is UNACCEPTABLE! DO NOT PURCHASE FOOD HERE!!

Great wings and service but I will avoid this place until they stop blasting the AC. It’s 50 degrees in here.
So this place has been going down hill. Went there today our order was messed up several times. To include cold food. Our waiter walked past us like we wasn't there and both of our glasses was empty. This trip was the worst by far and after today our last trip there. Upper mangerment needs some training and to train younger staff. O and to make it even better in the hour and 45 min wait for our order to come out a table of 6 left and all the dirty dishes was just sitting there and stayed there tell after we ate.

This is one of the few places opened after 11pm for pick ups. However, the service is terrible. Online ordering does not function on site but yet your card is charged anyone. Manager and staff onaite fail to realize the issue. Doordash and Uber Eats dont even advertise for delivery you havw to go to BWW site to order only to be tricked out of money.

Service here for doordash orders is THE WORST in this area. I arrive and always wait 5mi s in the car just to come inside and wait an additional 7-10mins. Terrible. And the guy at the to-go pick up always has food stuffed in his mouth. Give this guy a break so he can eat cause that's so unprofessional. Please do better with your doordash speed of service. If you can't how about Pause the app sheeesh.
