Stopped here on our road trip back home and what a wonderful experience. The facilities were clean and the manager was wonderful. She was super friendly and made sure my kids felt extra welcome. I believe her name was Reah (pronounced Ray). You just don’t have that sort of customer service anymore. Would definitely return next time we are down south again.

Normally I don’t write reviews like this. Sadly, this location is going down hill. Sat there for 5 minutes holding up the line while having to listen to the workers complain about a coworkers performance. That didn’t bother me much. I was asked to move to a parking spot to wait another 15 minutes to get my order. This didn’t bother me much either. I should’ve known to check before driving off, but the family was hungry and they’ve never messed up my order before. Drove 25 minutes home to realize they forgot my sandwich. Thankfully, the wife and kids got what they ordered and were happy.

Service was great.Food is great as always.I don't understand why they still give me my food in a to-go bag when we order dine in. I notice that every guest/table had a bag just sitting on the side.It's a waste of paper.

This sucks. The Chicken sandwich has changed. My last hold out for a decent fast food is gone. Chicken sandwich ? tasted super salty and not like chicken. Nothing wrong with service. But not paying $10 for inedible meal. I hope they change in the future.

Ordered doordash from here. None of the avacado lime sauce as requested with my salad, salad was also watery.. sweet tea was barely even sweet, brownie was super small and I payed $26 for all this. I'm not going to patronize or at least ever order doordash from a chick fil a again. Their only saving grace is that Slim Chickens hasn't opened out here yet. Otherwise they would have all my business, their food is also miles better

The drive-thru traffic design is genius; keeps congested lines moving through quickly so service is very fast, and friendly. The parking lot has just a few spaces and trying to back out can be a challenge, but all Chic-fil-A restaurants seem to have this problem. They are so popular making them so busy.
Got home and ready to enjoy dinner, and I (only my meal was wrong) got the wrong order, and fries were broken small pieces. I ordered the grill chicken sandwich and got fried.They were not full waffle fries. Had to drive back with traffic, which took me more than 30 minutes . Food wasn't fresh .
